I am a registered Healthcare Professional (cancer specialist) with twenty years experience and a passion for holistic health care. I certified in Lifestyle Medicine in 2021 with the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine.
Lifestyle Medicine is a recognised medical discipline that emphasises the significance of lifestyle choices in preventing and reversing chronic health conditions. Did you know that over 50% of all health concerns are related to an individual's lifestyle? Through holistic health assessments, getting to know you and your health concerns, and understanding your biomarkers (blood tests), I am dedicated to empowering you to make the right positive changes across all six fundamental areas:

I can provide a one off session or a support package specific to you. Commonly addressed conditions and concerns include: weight management, high blood pressure, menopause management, high cholesterol, pre-diabetes/type 2 diabetes, metabolic syndrome, PCOS, stress and burnout, depression and anxiety, insomnia, and healthy aging and preventing poor health.
As a registered and experienced cancer specialist, I can also support people to better health and outcomes through their cancer treatment and recovery.
It starts with a free 15 minute discovery call to check you want to work with me. From there I collect your data, health history and holistic information and we have a session to identify where we need to start and the goals and timescales to get there. I follow up with your co-created Lifestyle Medicine Prescription, with resources and tools to support you along the way. It is up to you and your goals whether we meet just the once or more regularly.
